1. Orders & Customization

  • All items are created using premade products with custom embroidery designs.

  • Please review your order details carefully before checkout. We are not responsible for errors made by the buyer (such as misspellings or incorrect sizing).

  • Processing times may vary depending on order size and customization, but we do our best to provide accurate estimates.

2. Payments

  • Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.

  • We accept major credit cards and other payment methods listed at checkout.

  • Orders will not begin production until payment has been received.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Buyers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.

  • Once an item has been shipped, we cannot guarantee delivery times, as carriers may experience delays beyond our control.

4. Returns & Exchanges

  • Buyers must contact us within [X days] of receiving their order to request a return or exchange. All returns must be approved before being sent back.

  • Items must be in original, unworn, and unwashed condition to be eligible for return.

  • Custom or personalized items are non-refundable, unless there is a defect or error on our part.

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

5. Cancellations

  • NON-Custom Items: Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that time, work may already be in progress and cancellations cannot be guaranteed. 

6. Product Variations

  • Because each embroidered item is handmade, slight variations in thread color, placement, or design may occur. These variations are part of the uniqueness of our products and are not considered defects.
