Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase! However, since many of our items are customized, we accept limited returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

• Approval Required: Buyers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving their order to request a return or exchange. Returns must be approved before being sent back.

• Original Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition. We cannot accept items that show signs of use, wear, or damage.

• Return Shipping Costs: Buyers are responsible for all return shipping fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

• Custom Orders: Please note that personalized or custom embroidered items are generally non-refundable unless there is a defect or error on our part.
